Job Description

This is a full-time position working on our 2nd shift (Monday - Friday, 2:00 pm - 10:30 PM). The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, recording quality inspection data, and adhering to safe work practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain production equipment, including fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, and forklifts
  • Record preventative maintenance activities, quality inspection data, equipment downtime, and production output
  • Adhere to safe work practices, good manufacturing practices, and participate in safe behavior observation programs
  • Communicate effectively with team members and departments to maximize output and efficiency
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including efficiency, production, and downtime
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience in clean manufacturing preferred
  • Able to work the scheduled shift, including start-up and handover meetings
  • Exposure to high-speed production and/or basic maintenance is preferred
  • Troubleshooting and root cause analysis experience
