We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced carpenter to lead our team at Allison & Associates. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the completion of various projects and ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small crew of skilled tradespeople to complete projects efficiently and effectively
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to overcome obstacles and challenges
• Develop and implement effective safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project success
• Manage time and resources to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results
• Develop and maintain strong leadership and motivational skills to inspire and motivate team members

Requirements:
