Job Summary

We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to join our team at the Palisades Center in West Nyack, NY. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and inclusive store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Perform various tasks as needed, including restocking shelves, processing transactions, and maintaining store displays.
Requirements
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; three to six months of retail experience preferred.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
