Responsibilities

As a clinical pharmacist with us, you will contribute to the following key objectives:

  • Ensure medication safety and efficacy through order verification and prescription management
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide expert consultations and education to patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A PharmD degree from an accredited institution and a current Washington State Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain one
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a hospital pharmacy setting, with a strong background in clinical services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is between $52,711 and $94,688, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
