Gynecologist and Obstetrician

Position Overview:
Join our esteemed team at Pacific Companies as a dedicated Gynecologist and Obstetrician. We are seeking a skilled professional to provide comprehensive care in a supportive environment.

Location:
Astoria, Oregon

Duration:
Full-time coverage needed for an extended period.

Reason for Coverage:
We are looking for a provider who can commit to covering two weeks each month.

Schedule:
To be determined
Shift: Potentially 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 5 PM
Call: 7:30 AM - 7:30 AM, with up to 10 call shifts per month

Patient Care:
- Daily patient volume: 8-15
- Monthly deliveries: 15-25

Scope of Practice:
Full-scope OBGYN services, including both inpatient and outpatient care.

Facility Information:
- EMR System: CERNER
- Type: Critical Access Hospital with 25 beds
- Trauma Level: IV
- Nursery Level: One

Support Services:
- 24/7 pediatric call coverage
- Anesthesia: CRNAs available
- Backup OB/GYN available for simultaneous deliveries

Requirements:
- Must hold an active Oregon medical license
- Board certified or eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
