Baldante & Rubenstein, P.C. invites applications for an experienced Legal Professional to join our Pennsylvania/New Jersey Practice. As a key member of our team, you will support sex abuse and personal injury cases with limited oversight from senior attorneys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting pleadings, engaging in written discovery, and taking depositions.
  • Represent clients in court conferences, mediations, and trials.
  • Communicate with experts, prepare clients for depositions and trials, and argue discovery and dispositive motions.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and manage case assignments.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar licenses in good standing.
  • 3+ years of litigation/trial experience.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws in PA and NJ pertaining to personal injury claims.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks under time constraints, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.

The estimated salary for this position is $150,000 - $220,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
