We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Porter for our multifamily apartment communities. As a Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our properties.

• Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean interior units, exterior entrances, common areas, grounds, and amenity areas.
• Groundskeeping: Maintain the cleanliness of grounds, including sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and landscaping.
• Pool and Amenities: Clean pools and/or pool areas, maintain proper chemical levels, and perform daily chemical logs.
• Trash and Waste Management: Transport trash and waste to disposal areas and keep grounds free of trash.
• Lighting and Repairs: Replace light bulbs and globes in outside lighting fixtures and perform small repairs, such as painting stairwells and fixing sidewalks and pool decks.
• Customer Service: Maintain a professional attitude and work habits when interacting with staff, vendors, and the public.

• Education: High school education or GED.
• Experience: Housekeeper experience preferred but not required.
• Skills: Neat, clean, and professional appearance; ability to work with little supervision; and physical demands including lifting, carrying, climbing, stepping, kneeling, and working outdoors.

• Compensation: $14.00 per hour.
