ABA Specialist

This part-time position offers flexibility to fit your life, with schedules that may change depending on client needs. You will provide ABA services in clients' homes or community-based settings, offering a variety of work environments.

• Deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with Autism, promoting skill-building, independence, and positive behaviors.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to develop and implement individualized care plans that drive real results.
• Document sessions accurately using cutting-edge electronic tools to track progress and ensure the highest standards of care.

• A passion for empowering children with Autism and making a difference in their lives.
• Patient and compassionate interaction skills, especially in challenging moments.
• RBT certification or ability to obtain it before starting.
• Willingsness to learn and grow, with opportunities to expand your skill set.

• Competitive salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
