About the Role

As a Wireless Sales Consultant at Spectrum, you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a results-driven achiever with a competitive spirit who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced retail sales environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be digitally savvy, and possess a strong knowledge of wireless products and services.

Salary: $46,800 annually (based on 40 hours/week) or up to $58,000 per year for top performers.

Job Description

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including wireless sales
  • Educate and engage customers through product demonstrations
  • Ensure a great customer experience
  • Be a team player and maintain strong knowledge of all TV, internet, and wireless products, pricing plans, promotions, and service features for Spectrum and our competitors

Requirements

  • Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
  • Read, write, and speak English fluently to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and suppliers
  • Lifting up to 35 pounds and standing for prolonged periods
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; sales experience preferred
