We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Office Assistant Lead to support our sales associates, customers, and store management in the offices of our retail stores.

About the Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting sales associates and customers, processing payments and finance applications, answering delivery questions, assisting with customer care responsibilities, answering phones, and performing various other office duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Sales Associates and Customers: Provide excellent customer service and support to sales associates and customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Process Payments and Finance Applications: Accurately process payments and finance applications, maintaining accurate records and reports.
  • Answer Delivery Questions and Assist with Customer Care Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding deliveries, and assist with resolving customer complaints and concerns.
  • Answer Phones and Perform Other Office Duties: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Courteous and Patient: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a courteous and patient demeanor.
  • Computer Navigation Skills: Proficient in computer navigation, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Strong Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrate a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Effective Communication: Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
