As a Medical Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures using computerized tomography (CT) scanners. You will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient information, imaging results, and equipment maintenance
Requirements:
- Current certification as a CT Technologist
- 2+ years of experience in medical imaging
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
