The Diehl CDJR of Robinson is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Director to lead our team. This role offers an attractive starting salary of $100k, making it an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in the automotive industry.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the service department, including monitoring technicians' productivity reports and preparing payroll records. They will also be expected to hire and train new service personnel, forecast goals and objectives for the department, and maintain clean factory and extended warranty schedules. Additionally, the successful candidate will coordinate with other departmental managers within the company and ensure that manufacturer and dealership training is upheld throughout the service department.

A strong focus on customer relations and satisfactory CSI as per manufacturer guidelines is essential for this role. The Service Director will work closely with vendors to create service promotions and maintain service programs, highlighting the importance of customer satisfaction in achieving business success.

Key skills and qualifications include experience in the position of service manager or a similar role in the automotive industry, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and current driver's license with a satisfactory DMV driving record. Organizational skills, problem-solving skills, computer proficiency, and financial acumen are also highly valued in this position.
