We are seeking a highly skilled Practice Instructor to join our team. As a Practice Instructor, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our training programs, ensuring that our trainees receive the highest quality education and training.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement training programs for generalist training
  • Plan, implement, document, and evaluate targeted practical instruction for trainees
  • Conduct initial, interim, and probationary period discussions
  • Analyze trainees' level of education and provide feedback
  • Act as a contact person for problems in practical training or conflict situations
  • Document instruction of individual trainees
  • Participate in the evaluation of trainees
  • Accompany trainees during the probationary period, interim exams, and practical exams in nursing
