Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or GED is required. Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in servicing and troubleshooting a range of boiler systems, with a strong understanding of boiler safety and operational protocols.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective teamwork and client relations. A valid driver's license is required, along with the ability to meet MVR standards for operating company vehicles.

Physical Requirements:

The role requires the ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and endure various environmental conditions. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory.

Work Environment:
