Position Overview:
The CNC Master Technician plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing process, utilizing advanced skills in machining to produce intricate components and equipment from various materials. This position demands a high level of expertise in both conventional and CNC machining techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC machinery in both automatic and semi-automatic modes, ensuring precision and quality in the finished products.
2. Apply advanced mathematical concepts, including geometric and trigonometric formulas, to solve complex machining challenges.
3. Independently interpret and execute work orders, drawings, and specifications, often requiring innovative problem-solving skills.
4. Recommend and implement methods to enhance machining efficiency and accuracy, contributing to cost-effective operations.
5. Collaborate with lower-level machinists, providing guidance and support as needed.

Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of formal training in machining practices, supplemented by a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field.
- Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding, as well as experience with sheet metal fabrication.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Work Environment:
The role is primarily conducted in a controlled shop environment, with occasional outdoor tasks. The position requires physical stamina, including lifting and moving heavy materials, as well as close hand-eye coordination for intricate machining tasks.
