About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paraprofessional to join our team at ESS. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with special needs, promoting their academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide instructional reinforcement to individual students or small groups, helping them to achieve their full potential.
  • Assist the classroom teacher with classroom management and general supervision of the class, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Support students with special needs by following provisions specified in their IEPs/504 Plans, helping them to access the curriculum and participate fully in class activities.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the classroom teacher and school administration, including administrative tasks and supervising students in various settings.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • State/FBI Criminal History Clearance
