Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team at Hand & Stone - FGG Spas in Easton, PA.

This is an exciting opportunity for a licensed massage therapist to work in a dynamic and growing spa environment. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional client experiences and promoting overall well-being through therapeutic massage.

• Provide high-quality massage services to clients, including Swedish massages, hot stone massages, and other modalities.
• Design customized sessions based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Educate clients on progressive treatment options and advanced modalities.
• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and communicate effectively with colleagues and management.

• Certification/License: Active Massage Therapy license in Pennsylvania.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in massage therapy or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a licensed massage therapist, preferably in a spa setting.
• Skill Set: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in massage techniques and modalities.

• Base Salary: $22-$28 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
• Commission: Uncapped commission structure offering substantial earning potential based on sales performance.
• Tips: Average tips ranging from 18% to 25% of non-member prices.

Estimated Annual Compensation: $55,000-$75,000 (based on 30 service hours/week). Our competitive compensation package is designed to reward your contributions and drive your success.
