As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients regain their independence and learn to perform everyday activities in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Assess patient deficits, establish therapy goals, and document progress
