Role Summary

The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain cleanliness and orderliness within our facilities. This includes performing extensive cleaning tasks such as:

  • Collecting and disposing of waste according to established protocols.
  • Dusting and mopping floors using approved techniques.
  • Rearranging furniture and equipment for effective cleaning.
  • Sanitizing surfaces and adhering to the eight-step cleaning process.
  • Washing walls, windows, and other surfaces to ensure a safe environment.
  • Identifying areas that require attention and taking initiative to address them.
  • Completing tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Following all relevant health and safety guidelines.
  • Maintaining floors through stripping, scrubbing, and refinishing as necessary.
  • Contributing positively to team dynamics and exhibiting professionalism.
