Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Receiver at JPI Business Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate receiving and recording of inventory, including verification of quantities and condition
• Coordinate transportation of products, both domestically and internationally
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any shipment discrepancies or issues
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner
• Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting, to support warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods, with frequent bending and stooping
