About the Position

GHR Healthcare is seeking an experienced nurse to fill a per diem opportunity in our Intensive Care Unit. This role will allow you to work flexible hours, providing top-notch care to patients while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.


Job Summary

This per diem position requires a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) with expertise in ICU settings. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions, and contributing to a positive work environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized patient care, assessing needs and developing effective plans to address them.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate care, ensuring continuity and quality.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to promote open dialogue and understanding.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current RN license in Pennsylvania.
  • Experience working in ICU settings, with a strong understanding of critical care principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
