- Product Evangelism: Evangelize the benefits of a refreshing user experience on the Freshworks platform.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer/Solution Engineer in an enterprise software organization.
- Experience working on complex sales cycles in Mid-Market and Enterprise business segments.
- Experience in selling CRM, customer service, IT service management, or other related technologies.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets, quickly comprehend, and utilize fragmented data for compelling custom content.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models, SaaS technologies, and related applications.
- Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment.
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a B.S. in Information Systems or Computer Science is preferred.
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency.
- Self-directed and resourceful, with an entrepreneurial attitude.
This role is based in the San Mateo area, and the expected base salary range for this position is $105,000 - $150,000 USD. The actual base pay is dependent upon various factors, including professional background, training, work experience, business needs, and market demand. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.
