Requirements

  • Familiarity with Snowflake databases and PostgreSQL databases.

  • Experience with OHDSI datasets, vocabularies, and Atlas.
  • Experience with deidentification and anonymization processes.
  • Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools.
  • Experience with performance tuning and measuring performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodology and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
