Cocktail Connoisseur

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Hotel Bartender to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn Atlanta East/Stonecrest. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

• Take Drink Orders and Deliver Exceptional Service: Take patron orders and deliver a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, liquor, and mixed drinks, while maintaining a positive and attentive demeanor.
• Manage Inventory and Maintain a Clean Environment: Responsible for inventory, ordering, and stocking of all wine, liquor, and beer, as well as maintaining an inventory of glassware and promptly communicating any shortages to management. Ensure the bar area is clean and sanitary at all times.
• Verify Age and Serve Responsibly: Properly identify customers' age through identification cards and serve alcoholic beverages following all applicable federal, state, local, and company rules and regulations.
• Process Payments and Maintain Accurate Records: Collect payments, settle patron checks, and ensure tabs are paid, as well as record daily sales totals in the point of sale system.
• Perform Opening and Closing Side Work: Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed.

• Education and Experience: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) and prefer some experience working in the food service industry.
• Organizational and Time Management Skills: Possess strong, organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
• Customer Service Experience: Proven customer service experience with a strong patron-focused mentality and excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members.
