Machinist I

We are seeking a skilled Machinist I to join our team at Kimberly-Clark Careers. As a Machinist I, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machine tools, including CNC grinders and die sharpeners.

• Operate and maintain CNC machine tools, including grinders and die sharpeners
• Read and interpret complex engineering drawings to manufacture complex parts and equipment
• Work with technologically advanced CNC machine tools up to 5 axis to create complex parts from various metals safely, effectively, and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality production and meet customer delivery needs

• 1+ years of continuous work experience in a job shop environment producing complex, high-tolerance parts
• Hold a related technical diploma and/or 3+ years of experience working in a job shop environment producing complex, high-tolerance parts or equivalent related military experience
• Possess working knowledge of CAM software and the ability to read/interpret G-Code
• Individual must be able to concentrate on and organize projects, have problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively with co-workers
