Exciting Opportunity for a Microbiology Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Microbiology Supervisor to lead our laboratory team in Ohio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the lab, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and mentor laboratory staff to ensure high-quality results and efficient operations
  • Develop and implement laboratory policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve laboratory performance
  • Provide guidance and support to laboratory staff to ensure their professional growth and development

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related field
  • ASCP certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory leadership role, with a strong background in microbiology
