Senior Project Manager for Technology Infrastructure

Role Responsibilities:

Experience Requirement:
Minimum of 7 years in a relevant field, Level 3 expertise.

Key Qualifications:

  • Expertise in program and project management, with a solid understanding of Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to implement corporate project management standards, including PMI guidelines, IT controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at working within a matrixed organization, influencing and collaborating with various stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective information sharing and team engagement.
  • Skilled in synthesizing complex information from diverse sources.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, thriving in dynamic environments and managing uncertainty.

  • General familiarity with infrastructure technology (Servers, Storage, Network, Database, Middleware).

  • Facilitate discussions and workshops across various project teams.
  • Establish and implement project communication strategies.
  • Timely escalate issues to the appropriate parties to address decisions, remove obstacles, and resolve constraints.
