About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in Oregon. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales processes and procedures to improve sales performance.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
  • Experience working in the staffing industry is a plus.
