Position Overview

This role involves delivering comprehensive psychiatric services within residential facilities dedicated to children and adolescents. The successful candidate will be engaged in various responsibilities, including:

  • Diagnostic and Evaluation Services: Conduct thorough assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients.
  • Medication Management: Oversee and manage pharmacological treatments for clients.
  • Client Interaction: Regularly meet with clients to assess their progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of services provided and client progress in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Cultural Competence: Demonstrate respect for the diverse cultural backgrounds and personal values of clients and their families, aligning with the mission of Integrity Healthcare.
  • Supervision: Provide oversight and guidance to nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Adapt work hours to meet the needs of clients across multiple locations.
