Key Responsibilities- Provide perinatal education to patients and families on breastfeeding and infant nutrition
- Assess and provide care planning, implementation, and follow-up evaluation to clients
- Manage the outpatient education program to ensure community needs are met
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Develop and implement educational programs for staff and families
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Coursework/training in breastfeeding education, counseling, or support
- California Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- IBCLC certification or ability to sit for exam within 1 year
- 2 years of experience in perinatal nursing, education, or counseling
- Experience supporting breastfeeding and infant nutrition in NICU and outpatient settings
