Position Overview:

The Bismarck Radisson Hotel is seeking a dedicated full-time Facilities Maintenance Specialist. This role involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance tasks in guest accommodations, including painting, plumbing, light electrical work, HVAC systems, and drywall repairs.
- Maintain the hotel grounds, including snow removal from sidewalks.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to support hotel operations.

Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with management.
- Dependable and responsible work ethic.
- Availability for weekend and evening shifts, as well as on-call duties until 9:00 PM.
- Completion of a CPO certification for pool and hot tub maintenance.
- Proficient in using hand tools, cordless power tools, and snow removal equipment.
