Scope of Work

As a diagnostic imaging technologist, you will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures, including operating imaging equipment and utilizing the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). You will also apply principles of radiation safety and practice ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable). Additionally, you will perform EHR clerical functions related to patient chart documentation.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of relevant experience or completion of an accredited imaging program required
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required
