Sentara Medical Group is seeking a dedicated full-time Nocturnist to join our Hospital Medicine team at Sentara Obici Hospital. This role is designed for an Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) and is part of a well-established program that manages a moderate patient volume with a collaborative team of 14 physicians and 4 APPs.Our organization is committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every team member feels valued and empowered, enabling them to deliver exceptional care to our patients. The role of our Advanced Practice Providers is crucial in achieving this goal, and we are eager to expand their influence and responsibilities within our healthcare facilities.
Key Features of the Position:
* 100% Night Shifts
* Diverse case mix including medical and select surgical cases, excluding obstetrics
* 12-hour shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, on a 7-on/7-off schedule
