Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team at our Concord, NC terminal. As a Diesel Mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections on our fleet of trucks and trailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Inspect and repair diesel engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools
- Work with a team of experienced mechanics to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company safety standards
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy duty truck technician
- Knowledge of International ProStar and Cummins engines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
