Role Summary:
- Overseeing clinical components of care for transplant patients
- Ensuring 24-hour responsibility for organ offers from deceased donors
- Promoting high-quality care for transplant recipients, donors, and their families
- Engaging as a vital member of a multidisciplinary transplant team
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is preferred
- Two to four years of experience in medical/surgical nursing or nephrology is preferred
Licensure/Certification:
- Registered Nurse license in South Dakota is required; Minnesota licensure may be necessary based on assignment
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with no weekend or holiday shifts
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $48.75
