We are seeking a skilled Motor Coatings Professional to join our team at Starling Ford - Titusville in Florida. As a key member of our body shop team, you will be responsible for applying protective coatings to vehicle surfaces and ensuring they meet the highest standards.

About the Role

This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Body Shop Painter/Prepper or similar role, with strong knowledge of paint types, color matching, and application techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing vehicles for coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking surfaces
  • Applying protective coatings to vehicle surfaces using various tools and techniques
  • Ensuring coatings meet specifications and quality standards
  • Performing quality control inspections to ensure finished work meets specifications
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Body Shop Painter/Prepper or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of paint types, color matching, and application techniques
  • Ability to operate and maintain coating equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license

Estimated Salary Range
