Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic care services such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
  • Assist clients with medical equipment and medication reminders
  • Document care provided and maintain accurate records
  • Provide vital information on clients through our care management system
  • Assist clients in activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, and mobility

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Home Health Aide or Caregiver in the home care sector
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs
  • Registered on the IDPH caregiver registry
