Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Adecco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including rotogravure printing presses, blown film extruders, and slitters.
  • Inspect and test electrical and mechanical systems to ensure fitness and safety.
  • Troubleshoot issues and repair production machinery.
  • Inspect alarm systems and schedule repairs as needed.
  • Perform manual repairs, including fixing locks and replacing windows.
  • Perform pest control services, including spraying insecticide.
Requirements
  • Strong electrical aptitude and ability to read electrical control schematics.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand mechanical systems.
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician and a working knowledge of maintenance processes and methods.
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use a variety of tools, common appliances, and devices.
  • Basic understanding of HVAC, hydraulic, and plumbing systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CMRP Certification – Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
  • HVAC Certification.
  • Building Maintenance Technology Certification.
  • Knowledge of PLC's (Programmable Logic Controllers).
  • 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
  • Ability to bend, crawl, and climb.
