Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiology or a related field, with experience in hearing aid sales or dispensing, clinical or territory sales/training roles.
Key responsibilities include promoting and demonstrating new solutions during product launch trainings, supporting sales of all products within the region, and conducting needs analysis and providing tailored product solutions for accounts.
You'll also build and maintain strong relationships with customers, collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met, and represent Phonak at national, state, and regional meetings.

- Support sales of all products within the region, with a primary emphasis on Sales Representative accounts.
- Conduct needs analysis and provide tailored product solutions for accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in your region.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer needs are met through personal or group training.
- Provide remote support via phone and e-learning as required.
- Represent Phonak at national, state, and regional meetings, and at consumer marketing events like Open Houses.
