Job Summary:

As a skilled Automotive Technician at Bill Alexander Toyota, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles. We are seeking a motivated and experienced technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every vehicle that leaves our dealership is in top condition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles in accordance with Toyota standards and manufacturer guidelines
• Diagnose and repair complex automotive systems, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems
• Test drive vehicles to ensure that repairs are completed to a high standard
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 2 years of experience as an auto technician
• Knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
