  • Order Taking and Service
    • Takes food and beverage orders promptly and accurately, ensuring that guests' requests are fulfilled efficiently.
    • Checks on guests frequently to ensure that everything meets their specifications and makes adjustments as needed.
  • Menu Knowledge and Upselling
    • Develops expertise in our menu and beverages, making recommendations and upselling items to enhance the guest experience.
  • Accountability and Compliance
    • Identifies guests ordering alcoholic beverages who appear to be 40 years old or younger and follows relevant brand standards for service.
    • Accurately rings all orders into the POS system and handles cash and credit transactions with precision.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and deliver plates and food to guests.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read and write notes to hearing-impaired guests and read menus to sight-impaired guests.
  • Teamwork and Adaptability
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, responding calmly to angry guests and notifying a manager as needed.
