We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team at JMS Technical Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Lead project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Prepare and present impactful presentations for clients, showcasing your creativity and design skills.
  • Work closely with consultants, clients, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • 5+ years experience utilizing design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • 5+ years experience in creating construction documents, specifications, and administering construction phases.

Preferred Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Strong organizational abilities and leadership qualities to drive project success.
  • Professional license preferred or currently working towards licensure.
