We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to join our team at JMS Technical Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Prepare and present impactful presentations for clients, showcasing your creativity and design skills.
- Work closely with consultants, clients, contractors, and stakeholders, fostering strong collaboration and relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- 5+ years experience utilizing design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- 5+ years experience in creating construction documents, specifications, and administering construction phases.
Preferred Skills:
- Deep knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction materials.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong organizational abilities and leadership qualities to drive project success.
- Professional license preferred or currently working towards licensure.
