About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as a Clinical Therapist at Soar Autism Center.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position responsible for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with autism and their families. As a BCBA, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary care team, working closely with other clinicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with young children with autism. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, communicate effectively with families and colleagues, and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM)
  • Conduct multidisciplinary assessments and consultations with other clinical specialties
  • Provide naturalistic therapy services to children ages 2-6 years old in a center-based setting
  • Collaborate with families to develop goals, build relationships, and communicate progress
  • Monitor client progress, update treatment plans, and communicate changes to team members and families
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children with autism
  • A strong understanding of ABA principles and ESDM methodology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
