Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Crew Team Leader to join our team. As a Crew Team Leader, you'll be responsible for leading a team of arborists, ensuring daily production requirements are met, and providing guidance and support to crew members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of arborists to achieve maximum results in operational priorities
  • Provide accurate payroll and revenue information to the General Foreman
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Assist with equipment repairs, scheduling, and bidding
  • Communicate with customers, homeowners, and local officials
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the General Foreman
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years' experience as a Crew Leader or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Physical ability to walk utility lines and operate equipment
  • Valid driver's license, CDL, and medical certificate required
  • Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR cards
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and job duty skills tests
