About the Role
HealthPRO Heritage is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Bremerton, Washington. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and developing effective treatment plans.
Job Summary
- Evaluate clients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities using observations and standardized tools.
- Create personalized treatment plans to meet clients' goals and enhance their functional abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Advocate for clients' needs and support them in accessing community resources, services, and accommodations.
Responsibilities
Patient Care- Patient Assessment: Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
- Treatment and Education: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of patient care.
- Support and Advocacy: Provide support and advocacy for patients and their families.
Requirements
Qualifications- Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
- Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist, or license eligible.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, proficient in developing and implementing effective treatment plans, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
