Your Key Responsibilities:
You will welcome customers, process transactions, suggest purchases, and occasionally assist with our food service.

Effective communication skills in English (oral and written).
Competence in basic arithmetic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).

Essential Duties:
Deliver prompt, courteous customer service.
Accurately process all sales transactions on the cash register, handling various payment methods.
Operate multiple functions of fuel consoles, lottery machines, money order machines, telecom transactions, etc.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the store and equipment.
Inspect store facilities and equipment for safety and cleanliness.
Contact maintenance for repairs as necessary.
Assist in ordering and purchasing merchandise.
Verify vendor deliveries.
Manage merchandise, cash shortages, and other expenses.
Help maintain proper inventory levels and conduct shift audits.
Assist new applicants with the application process.
Perform all duties with minimal supervision.
Attend job-related meetings as required.
Complete other tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.

Working Conditions:
Primarily work indoors, with occasional outdoor tasks such as cleaning parking lots and gas pumps.
Exposure to cold temperatures while working in walk-in coolers and freezers.
Occasional exposure to noise.
Work with minimal direction and periodic supervision.

Physical Functions:
Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes.

Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.

Ability to push/pull with arms using a force of up to 20 pounds.
