What You'll Be Working OnAs a Primary Care Physician at One Medical, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs. You will conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits.
You will also participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities. You will collaborate with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams. You will utilize your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures, and supervise one or more NP or PA colleagues.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Enrolled in, or have completed, an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year of your One Medical start date
- State licensed in Colorado, obtained before your One Medical start date

This is a full-time role in Arvada, CO. The base salary range for this role is $236,000 to $250,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
