Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Worker to join our team in the Child Care Assistance department. As a Support Worker, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Child Care Assistance team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail, including logging applications and renewals.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as photocopying, faxing, and operating office equipment.
  • Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including client information and program data.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • One year of full-time clerical office or closely related work experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
