Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and securing our intranets and computer systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Key duties include:

  • Maintaining datacenter environments supporting Generation Management System and Market Management System
  • Creating and maintaining documentation for IT systems
  • Regularly monitoring and testing backup platforms
  • Deploying physical servers and virtual machines
  • Maintaining critical IT platforms for internal stakeholders
  • Scheduling and managing user access for all employees
  • Implementing and managing user and network security
  • Evaluating existing software applications and performing routine updates/modifications
  • Installing and maintaining new software and hardware, adhering to licensing laws
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong experience with patch management
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft 365 platform
  • Experience with Azure or other similar cloud platforms
  • Ability to document complex IT environments
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V or other similar virtualization platforms
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
  • Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, as well as teamwork capabilities
