About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Urology Specialist to join our esteemed team at Delta Companies.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will enjoy a highly competitive estimated annual salary of $700,000 or more, based on MGMA median guaranteed base salary plus RVU. Additionally, they will receive a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation assistance.

A comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401K retirement program. Our team also enjoys PTO/Holidays: 4-6 weeks depending on years of service, plus 7 holidays.

Professional Development and Growth Opportunities

The successful candidate will have access to 5 days of CME per year + a $2,500 allowance, ensuring their continued growth and development in the field.

Facility Details

This is a hospital-employed urology opportunity with an established group of urologists, each with their own PA. The role involves consulting less than 4 hours a day and a maximum call of 7 days per month.

Clinical Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work in a clinic setting, seeing 15-20 patients per day, with opportunities to increase this number. They will also be required to perform surgeries, using both the DaVinci XI and DaVinci X models.
